Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to oversee an assigned area or shift within the warehouse/distribution center.

You will ensure staffing, training, tools, productivity standards, safety, and proper stocking, selection, and quality to meet customer demands for accurate, on-time deliveries. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and a focus on safety and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years distribution warehouse experience.
• Experience leading large numbers of staff.
• Computer knowledge: Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• English reading/writing ability required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate teammates to meet DC goals.
• Communicate information to teammates and leadership.
• Address and follow up on teammate concerns.
