Job summary

DWS Energy in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Warehouse Operations Coordinator to oversee warehousing, inventory control, and logistics for our industrial prefab shop.

You will partner with the Inventory and Logistics Manager to optimize material flow, lead shipping/receiving, maintain records, and ensure safety while supporting production of VFD/PLC racks.

The role requires at least 5 years in a leadership warehousing role, strong communication, and proficiency in inventory software.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent; additional education or certification in supply chain preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership warehousing/supply chain role, industrial setting preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in inventory-management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Certification or experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing a storage and logistics plan for warehouse operations.
• Ensure quality control standards for all incoming materials.
• Maintain records of inventory, orders, and deliveries.
• Track vendor equipment and maintain material accountability records.
• Lead shipping and receiving with accurate documentation and timely distribution.
• Coordinate regular inventory counts for accuracy and stock control.
