Job summary

Performance Team is seeking an experienced Operations Manager at our Groveport, OH facility to lead warehousing, cold storage, and production processes. You will drive performance, ensure cost controls, and coordinate with multiple departments to meet delivery targets.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse operations management, with at least 1 year in cold storage. A high school diploma or GED is required, and experience in a fast-paced production environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of cold storage experience required.
• Experience in production-based/fast-paced environments.
• Warehouse performance management experience required.
• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develops production strategy and supports R&D of new and emerging products.
• Establishes production and quality standards, budgets, and cost controls.
• Guides manufacturing process planning including staffing, materials, and tooling.
• Ensures costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Coordinates manufacturing with internal functions and suppliers.
• Reviews production and operating reports to resolve issues.
• Performs admin tasks for shop operations data management.
• Defines responsibilities for staff to achieve business objectives.
• Trains employees on policies, procedures, and regulations.
