Job summary

Embedded Shishya is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to design and optimize automation solutions for warehouse logistics. You will engage with partners to tailor system architectures, perform data analysis, and provide technical consulting across project lifecycles.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to solution design, and help drive successful implementations while expanding expertise in warehouse automation and logistics technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in relevant fields.
• 5+ years in Material-Handling Automation (MHA), Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D layout design and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive automation solutions in collaboration with partners based on product offerings.
• Analyze warehouse operation data and tailor automation solutions from insights.
• Identify and assess potential risks to ensure high quality and reliability of proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with partner teams on timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
• Provide training to partners on products, systems, and best practices.
