Job summary

Mushiny Intelligence seeks a pre-sales/solution consultant to advance its warehouse automation offerings in the United States, with travel as needed. You will translate customer needs into actionable requirements, craft proposals, and support the sales cycle from discovery to delivery, focusing on the North American market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics engineering, industrial engineering, automation or supply chain management.
• 3+ years in pre-sales/solution consulting in NA warehousing automation & logistics system integration.
• Ability to conduct on-site warehouse research and produce evaluations and planning.
• Familiar with warehouse automation equipment (AGV/AMR, sorting, shelving, etc.).
• Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking; able to interview customers and present proposals; travel on-site.
• Cross-team collaboration with engineering and sales to advance projects.
• Understand project scope assessment and workload calculation for NA automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site operational evaluations of customer warehouses.
• Identify pain points and translate into technical requirements.
• Identify short-, mid-, long-term automation opportunities.
• Output preliminary proposal ideas and present to senior management.
• Prepare bidding plans and define project scope and workload.
• Collaborate with engineering throughout the sales cycle.
• Follow up with strategic clients after delivery for future opportunities.
• Develop methodologies for NA warehousing operation evaluation.
