Job summary

GreyOrange, Inc. seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer & Consultant to join our hybrid Solutions Engineering & Design team in North America. You will shape next-generation automation solutions for order fulfillment and warehouse operations, working with customers, system integrators, and internal teams.

You will apply data analytics, MOST methodologies, and ROI modeling to craft tailored, high-impact solutions across retail and eCommerce verticals. Travel 30–40% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years in solution design or supply chain consulting.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills; proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Align customer operations with GreyOrange solutions through discovery and design.
• Lead site visits, workshops, and customer-facing presentations.
• Develop data-driven solution models, BOMs, and ROI analyses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to tailor solutions.
