Meds.com in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a dedicated Senior Warehouse Associate to join our onsite team. You will manage inbound/outbound shipments, input data into our systems, and help maintain accurate monthly inventory counts.

This role requires 3–5 years of warehouse experience, strong computer and shipping software skills, and the ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed. Onsite with occasional inter-site coordination.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years or more of general warehouse operations experience.
• Excellent computer and shipping software/platform skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently manage inbound and outbound shipping processes.
• Maintaining accurate records in real-time to improve inventory counts at month end.
• Comfortably leverage software systems for data entry and inventory transfer management.
• Coordinate freight shipments and prepare and sign paperwork as needed.
• Relay information to logistics teams regarding shipping issues.
• Submit and follow up on damage claims with shipping companies.
• General warehouse duties such as stocking and pulling items for shipping.
• Use forklifts and pallet jacks to store inventory and support FIFO.
• Contribute to warehouse organization and cleanliness.
