Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in wage and hour litigation.
• Experience with FLSA class/collective actions.
• Experience interpreting U.S. Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division guidance.
• Proficiency in drafting initial pleadings and discovery responses.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Litigate wage and hour class/collective actions on behalf of clients.
• Draft and argue motions, including decertification motions.
• Take and defend depositions, prepare writing samples demonstrating proficiency.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to advance cases in a growing practice.
