Martenson, Hasbrouck & Simon LLP seeks a Senior Attorney with 5+ years in wage-and-hour litigation, including class/collective actions. Lead strategy, manage cases, oversee discovery, briefing, and client counseling on wage-and-hour issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wage-and-hour litigation experience.
• Ability to lead litigation strategy, case management and briefing.
• Experience defending wage-and-hour class/collective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage defense of FLSA collective actions, PAGA, and wage-and-hour litigation.
• Develop case strategy from initial assessment through resolution.
• Draft motions including dismissals, summary judgment, and class/collective certifications.
• Manage complex discovery, large document productions, and depositions.
• Take and defend depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and experts.
• Advise clients on wage-and-hour compliance and litigation risk.
• Supervise junior attorneys and staff; coordinate staff across matters.
• Collaborate with the Firm's national Labor & Employment practice.
