Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced WAF & Internet Ingress and Edge Manager to lead operational service delivery for enterprise application protection, load balancing, ingress, traffic management, and edge connectivity services.

The role ensures performance, resilience, and security while guiding engineers, defining runbooks, and coordinating across application, cloud, networking, and vendor teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in WAF, application delivery, or related tech disciplines.
• 3+ years leading technical teams, service delivery, or platform management.
• Experience with incident, change, and risk management practices.
• Knowledge of WAF policy ops, CDN, DNS, TLS, and IaC.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational delivery for WAF and edge services.
• Lead, coach, and develop engineers across senior levels.
• Own service metrics, SLAs, and governance across platforms.
• Coordinate incident response and cross-team escalation.
