Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a senior hands-on performance marketer to own Meta advertising campaigns for Registered Investment Advisors, driving qualified appointments and client outcomes.

You will manage a portfolio end-to-end, lead strategy calls, develop testing plans, write direct-response copy and VSL scripts, and optimize funnels, with accountability for performance, relationships, and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media with substantial Meta responsibility.
• Experience leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets and support retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Develop structured testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and campaign variables.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and determine where changes are most likely to improve results.
