Job summary
Equisoft seeks a VP, Wealth and Insurance Solutions - USA in Philadelphia to own the full enterprise sales cycle for Life & Annuity carriers in the USA. You will build pipeline, pursue new ARR, and close multi-year deals with executive sponsors.
Lead strategy with pre-sales and inside sales, coordinating the USA regional team while driving renewal and expansion opportunities. Requires a hunter mindset and strong English communication in a software growth environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- 10+ years enterprise software (SaaS) sales experience.
- Proven hunter/new logo track record in Life & Annuity tech is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of US L&A carriers and market dynamics.
- Excellent English, executive presence, and deal leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from contact to close.
- Build and manage pipeline of Life & Annuity opportunities in the USA.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, inside sales, and regional team.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with executives.
- Represent Equisoft at events and maintain executive relationships.
