Job summary

Unum is seeking a senior leader to drive the Transformation Acceleration Office (TAO) Value Stream program end-to-end. The role coordinates scope, outcomes, priorities, and asset reuse across Value Streams, monitors progress, and resolves cross-value stream issues.

It also owns the Product Chapter standards and playbooks to ensure consistent practice across the organization. The candidate will coach product practitioners, partner with HR on staffing and development, and lead enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, product management, strategy, technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of senior product leadership experience required.
• Experience coaching and developing product managers or leaders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve the end-to-end Value Stream program structure and governance.
• Align Value Stream scope, outcomes, priorities, sequencing, and asset reuse.
• Codify best-practice methodology for scaling front-to-back Value Stream delivery.
• Maintain roadmaps, risk and dependency logs to monitor progress.
• Represent Product in cross-Chapter and enterprise forums; escalate conflicts.
