Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, and team management.
• Must have online and offline media experience (TV, Print, Radio, OOH; Display, Search, Social, Mobile, Content Marketing).
• Fluency with media tools and solid understanding of digital planning tools.
• Proven experience presenting plans to clients and influencing senior decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute media strategy to shape client business direction.
• Listen to clients and identify opportunities to lead thinking.
• Lead client interactions and foster positive relationships.
• Identify key insights from client briefs to inform communication strategy.
• Evaluate media vehicle mix to reach target audiences effectively.
• Communicate opportunities and secure client buy-in for best options.
• Ensure quality of deliverables for all client work.
• Serve as a resource for local markets in media strategy and plans.
• Lead, train, and develop staff and manage workload and projects.
• Drive process improvements for consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinate content development for client presentations.
• Collaborate with BI/Analytics, data, and investment teams to generate insights.
