Job summary

CardWorks Servicing LLC seeks a Senior Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner & Employee Relations to partner with executives and lead HR strategies aligned with business goals. This role oversees HRBP and Employee Relations, shaping talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness across the enterprise.

With a focus on risk mitigation, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement, the SVP will advance leadership development, performance management, and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree and/or SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Fifteen (15) years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, including significant HR Business Partner leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership and act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
• Lead HRBP team and Employee Relations function, aligning talent, culture, design, performance, and compliance with enterprise priorities.
• Develop and implement people strategies, EVP, and workforce analytics to drive business performance.
• Guide organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development across the company.
