Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead Retirement, Investment & Wealth Solutions Marketing. You will drive growth across multiple lines, influence product strategy, and partner with Sales, Compliance and Communications to raise brand equity and client engagement.

The role requires deep retirement and investments expertise, strong analytics, and the ability to translate market insights into compelling campaigns, experiences and events that accelerate savers’ outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years in B2B financial services marketing.
• Strong retirement and investments knowledge.
• Proven ability to drive sales, pipeline and revenue.
• Experience applying AI in marketing.
• Excellent messaging and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Define marketing strategy with clear OKRs aligned to business growth.
• Direct go-to-market programs, campaigns, demos and selling systems to grow sales and retention.
• Improve brand differentiation through multi-channel storytelling and value proposition messaging.
• Own corporate events strategy with commercial targets per event.
• Drive data-driven optimization and AI adoption across marketing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Analytics & UX for client insights and impact.
