Job summary

Ascensus seeks a Senior Vice President, Retirement, Investment & Wealth Solutions Marketing to lead growth across retirement and wealth platforms in the US. You will partner with the CMO and executive teams to shape strategy, drive acquisition, retention, and reputation, and oversee multi-channel marketing programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years related experience in B2B financial services marketing.
• Strong defined contribution/retirement and investments experience preferred.
• Four-year college degree required; Masters highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Define marketing strategy with clear OKRs aligned to multi-year growth plans and market segmentation.
• Direct execution of go-to-market programs, campaigns, product demos, and sales-enablement efforts to grow pipeline and saver revenue.
• Own events strategy and brand storytelling across channels to differentiate Ascensus and drive client engagement.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Analytics, UX, Compliance, and Corporate Communications.
