Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving growth in financial services marketing.
• Strong analytics orientation with ability to tie programs to revenue and savers metrics.
• Experience across retirement, investments, and advisor/plan sponsor audiences.
• Ability to lead across marketing, sales, and product to achieve commercial targets.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute marketing strategy with clear OKRs for growth and retention.
• Direct go-to-market programs, campaigns, and events to support pipeline and revenue.
• Improve brand differentiation through storytelling across channels including web, PR, social, and partnerships.
• Own the events strategy with targets tied to pipeline, sales and client retention.
