Job summary

Questpro Consultants LLC seeks a Vice President of Regulatory Compliance to lead a 50-state enterprise compliance program. You will advise executive leadership, supervise a team of compliance professionals, and serve as the primary contact for regulatory examinations and inquiries.

The role reports to the Chief Product Development Officer and collaborates with executive leadership and Board committees to address regulatory developments and remediation efforts.

Qualifications

• J.D./LL.B./LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school with admission to practice in at least one state.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong understanding of U.S. insurance regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve compliance programs and filings across the enterprise.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory risks and escalate issues.
• Advise executive leadership on regulatory matters and lead resolutions.
• Oversee regulator interactions, examinations and inquiries, and board communications.
• Lead, develop and mentor the Compliance and Regulatory team.
