Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Senior Vice President, Head of Compliance to lead the development and enhancement of its compliance program. This role partners with the commercial organization to identify and address compliance risks while aligning with laws, industry standards, and internal policies.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of legal/compliance experience in biopharma or life sciences, with a track record of building compliance capabilities in smaller organizations and working closely

Qualifications

• 10+ years of legal or compliance experience in pharma/biotech or life sciences.
• Experience building or scaling compliance programs in small-to-mid sized organizations.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations at federal and state levels.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and the Board to drive compliance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement company-wide compliance standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead training, monitoring, and auditing activities to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Oversee investigations and corrective actions to address compliance issues.
• Manage strategic risk and foster a culture of integrity and compliance across the business.
