Job summary

Aeroseal seeks a Regional Vice President, Operations to drive Residential New Construction field operations across multiple regions. This senior executive will set cadence, standards, and scalable practices for profitable delivery of high-volume residential services.

The role requires leading large teams, managing 50+ personnel, 100+ technicians, or drivers, and overseeing >$20M in annual revenue across multi-state operations. Strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience at VP/Regional VP/Senior Director level.
• Experience leading 10+ sites across multiple markets.
• Direct responsibility for multi-state field operations and 50+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site field operations across regions, ensuring safe, profitable execution.
• Set operating standards and drive consistency and accountability at scale.
• Oversee fleet, assets, and field deployment with optimization.
• Develop and manage operational KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain to drive growth and margins.
