Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and at least five years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop staff within the region and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee regional operations including facility management, fleet maintenance, and overhead control.
• Drive regional marketing and sales initiatives to pursue new clients and markets.
• Act as Project Manager on designated projects ensuring performance, budget, and schedule goals.
• Ensure training for safety, client, and regulatory requirements; promote safe working environment.
