Qualifications

8+ years of commercial roofing operations or senior project management experience.
Multi-territory or multi-location leadership experience preferred.
Proven P&L management responsibility.
Experience leading for a commercial roofing contractor is preferred.
Strong financial, operational, and strategic acumen.

Responsibilities

Provide regional leadership for multiple territories and drive company growth.
Own regional P&L and ensure profitability, forecasting accuracy, and cost discipline.
Lead workforce planning, backlogs, and revenue targets across offices.
Guide safety, quality, and operational standards across the region.
Mentor and develop senior leaders and field personnel.
