Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in Denver, Colorado seeks a Senior Vice President, Project & Program Management to lead mega passenger rail programs, serve as Owner’s Representative and PMO, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across various delivery methods.

The role focuses on developing comprehensive PM plans, risk management, staff development, and effective engagement with public and private sector clients while guiding the discipline’s vision and QA/QC adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• PE license in CO or ability to obtain.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive railroad coordination experience with UPRR and BNSF preferred.
• Experience delivering public rail transportation infrastructure programs with costs >$1B.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a Program Manager role on mega passenger rail programs delivered via various delivery methods.
• Act as Owner’s Representative, Delivery Partner, or Independent PMO.
• Develop and maintain Program Management Plan including controls, design management, risk and safety management.
• Develop contract packaging plans for projects within the program.
• Perform schedule reviews and independent program progress analyses.
• Lead staff development through mentoring, training, coaching.
