Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Vice President, Project & Program Management to lead a major highway program portfolio from our Denver, Colorado office. The role focuses on delivering complex projects via CMGC or alternative delivery methods, while guiding a multi-project program and maintaining client relationships.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in program management, a PE license, and a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams across planning through closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• PE License required.
• 15+ years of program management experience on CMGC/alternate highway delivery.
• Proven track record with large-scale highway programs (>$1B).
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of highway/highway bridge programs via CMGC or other delivery methods.
• Manage multi-project program through planning, design, construction and closeout.
• Develop and implement project management plans: controls, design, risk, safety, quality, environment.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Review progress, perform schedule analysis, and drive issue resolution.
• Mentor staff and develop talent within the program management team.
• Collaborate with public/private sector clients, agencies, and contractors.
• Lead business development and cross-sell other capabilities within WSP.
