Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Vice President in Valuation & Advisory Services to lead appraisal engagements for a range of property types. You will prepare comprehensive reports, ensure compliance with USPAP, and manage client communications while mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of commercial appraisal experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MAI designation preferred.
• General State Certification or License required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong analytical, numerical, and judgment skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify property values through detailed appraisal analysis.
• Collect data on comparables, sales, vacancies; study market factors.
• Prepare appraisal reports describing characteristics, procedures, and data.
• Follow USPAP and maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate appraisal scope and results with clients.
• Track real estate values and development potential.
• Mentor team members and contribute to team goals.
