Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Vice President in Valuation & Advisory Services to prepare appraisal reports for a range of property types, from small to large, and to help determine land, building, and business values.

You will lead detailed appraisal analyses, collect data on comps, market trends and occupancy, and disclose methods and conclusions in formal reports, while mentoring colleagues and upholding CBRE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MAI designation preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and judgment across multiple information sources.
• Proven ability to mentor teammates and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Identify property value through detailed appraisal analysis.
• Collect data on comparables, vacancies, and market trends.
• Prepare appraisal reports describing procedures, data, and conclusions.
• Follow USPAP and maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate with clients about project scope and findings.
• Mentor team members and contribute to team goals.
• Apply standard appraisal methods to complex assignments.
• Lead by example and uphold CBRE values.
