Job summary

Pangea is seeking a Senior Vice President - Project Execution to lead the successful delivery of an expanding portfolio of renewable energy EPC projects in a fast-growing environment. The role reports to executive leadership and owns delivery from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout, driving safety, quality, schedule, cost and margin accuracy across multiple sites and teams.

Qualifications

• Significant EPC or construction leadership experience.
• Strong background in renewable energy projects.
• Track record delivering multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution across a growing portfolio of renewable energy projects.
• Provide leadership to Project Directors, Project Managers and field teams.
• Establish consistent project execution standards and controls.
• Drive safety, quality, schedule, cost and margin performance.
• Strengthen forecasting, project controls and executive reporting.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation.
• Coordinate between estimating, procurement, engineering and construction.
• Develop and mentor the next generation of operational leaders.
• Support workforce planning and subcontractor strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement as the organization scales.
