Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Vice President of EPC Contracts to lead the development, negotiation, and execution of EPC agreements for solar, energy storage, and related projects. You will work closely with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in contract management, including 5+ years in senior leadership, with extensive EPC experience in large-scale plants.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of contract management experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong EPC contract experience in solar, power plant, or chemical plant industries.
• Bachelor's degree in business, law, or related field; master's preferred.
• Proven EPC legal negotiation and high-value contract management expertise.
• Experience in public company environment with reporting, deadlines, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, negotiation, and execution of EPC contracts.
• Collaborate with legal and stakeholders on contract review.
• Develop policies to ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements.
• Oversee contract administration, negotiations, and risk mitigation.
• Guide contract strategy with executive leadership.
• Improve contract processes and systems for efficiency.
• Support project teams with contract amendments and notices.
• Provide analysis to resolve contractual issues.
• Lead and develop the contracts team.
