Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading a real estate or consulting practice.
• 10–12+ years of experience in corporate real estate or portfolio strategy advisory.
• Deep experience in location strategy, site selection methodology, and organizational design.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts with existing and prospective clients.
• Advise clients on portfolio optimization and workplace transformation.
• Conduct detailed financial and market assessments for portfolio decisions.
