You will mentor senior teams, manage P&L, and drive integrated solutions across media, data and technology to deliver measurable business impact.

The role requires 15+ years in senior client leadership, pharma experience, and a proven ability to articulate strategic value to C-suite partners.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in leading large-scale regional or global client relationships.
• 10+ years experience with pharmaceutical brands.
• Deep knowledge of traditional and digital media channels, national and local.
• Expertise in data, identity, and advanced measurement for marketing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior client and strategic leader for a major account.
• Build integrated solutions across dentsu capabilities to drive client impact and growth.
• Lead and mentor team members from Director to VP level.
• Oversee P&L, contracts, and staffing plans.
• Foster collaboration across a matrixed organization and external partners.
• Lead change and new operating models across marketing disciplines.
