Job summary

Publicis Health Media seeks an EVP, Group Client Lead to guide executive-level client relationships, drive organic and agency growth, and lead cross-functional teams across multiple accounts. The role requires deep pharma media knowledge and the ability to shape strategic directions for top-tier clients.

Based in the US, this onsite leadership position reports to the Management Team, with accountability for client satisfaction, growth, and talent development across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Deep Pharma media knowledge across a diverse set of conditions, disease states, and audiences (DTC, HCP, Payer, etc.)
• Perspective beyond Pharma to bring best practices across audiences and channels (e.g. CPG, retail)
• Understands the total marketing process and the strategic role of media
• Ability to predict industry trends and deliver significant insight to client's business
• Provides written and verbal thought leadership in POVs, articles, interviews, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership across multiple large and small clients at the executive level.
• Accounts for organic growth, agency growth, and cross-functional team excellence.
• Maintains top-to-top relationships with senior-level clients and vendor executives.
• Leads pitch teams and new agency initiatives to drive growth and upsell opportunities.
