Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of payor contracting or reimbursement strategy experience.
• Experience leading multi-payor negotiations at the executive level.
• Experience supporting MSO or physician practice management environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year payor strategy across commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid managed care plans.
• Lead contracting for affiliated PCs within the MSO model, adhering to governance and practice-of-medicine rules.
• Assess market dynamics and set contracting priorities in current and target markets.
• Lead payor diligence for prospective acquisitions and align with integration planning.
