Job summary

MedeAnalytics is seeking a VP, Payer Growth to lead strategic health plan sales across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial markets. You will develop territory strategies, build executive relationships, and drive cross-sell and new-logo opportunities to expand the MedeAnalytics Health Performance Platform.

You will align payer priorities with data analytics, AI, and advisory capabilities while leading cross-functional teams to win complex enterprise deals and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Proven enterprise sales and account-expansion success in health plans.
• Ability to engage with C-suite and cross-functional teams.
• Experience navigating RFPs, procurement, and contracting.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory growth strategy across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Commercial.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery to contract execution.
• Expand relationships within health plan portfolios and pursue cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across Account Management, Product, Marketing, and Services.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline, forecast, and territory reviews.
