MedeAnalytics is seeking a VP, Payer Growth in the United States to generate new business and grow strategic payer relationships. You will lead territory and account strategies, build executive sponsorship, and drive complex enterprise sales from discovery through contract.

The role emphasizes cross-sell, upsell, and expansion with health plans, including national and regional payers, leveraging the MedeAnalytics Health Performance Platform to deliver measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of enterprise sales or strategic account growth in healthcare tech or SaaS.
• Proven success selling to Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory growth strategies across Medicare Advantage and Medicaid.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline through executive relationships and market intel.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery to contract.
• Drive cross-sell, upsell, and expansion within health plan portfolios.
• Coordinate resources and lead executive sponsorship for high-value opportunities.
• Maintain territory plans and CRM hygiene with regular reviews.
