This role supports the implementation of new instruments, manages middle office providers, and oversees custodial oversight with an emphasis on reducing operational risk and driving process improvement. You will train on our processes, data gathering, and trade lifecycle, then assist Portfolio Management and Client Facing teams in enhancing performance and addressing client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.

• Desirable knowledge of Confluence/ Smartsheets /Appian; automation a plus.
• Desirable SQL knowledge; coding knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI integration opportunities.
• Strong project management and implementation capabilities; multitasking across initiatives.
• Experience in new market onboarding; FX and EM knowledge desirable.
• Knowledge of financial products including derivatives, fixed income, equities, and alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, measure, monitor, evaluate, and mitigate operational risk in processes.
• Mobilize subject matter experts to provide solution suggestions.
• Provide solutions to optimize client outcomes.
• Oversee providers and ensure quality outputs.
• Drive projects and achieve stakeholder consensus on complex processes.
• Meet project milestones and report status to stakeholders.
• Develop presentations and reports for management and stakeholders.
• Maintain good record-keeping and perform gap analyses.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, custodians, brokers, Legal & Compliance, and other teams globally.
• Become subject matter expert in oversight areas: FX, Emerging Markets, Claims, New Securities.
