Job summary

PIMCO's Operations is seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to accelerate AI-enabled transformation, automation, and digital capabilities across Global Operations. You will partner with Operations leadership, Technology, TASC, and external vendors to translate technology into measurable improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years in asset management or similar, with AI/digital initiatives.
Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation delivering measurable outcomes.
Proven ability to manage vendors and align roadmaps with business needs.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of 5–6 focused on digitization, AI, and process change.
Accelerate AI adoption and automation across Operations with partners.
Drive end-to-end process reviews and re-engineering initiatives.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure delivery of the roadmap.
