Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead a network of skilled nursing facilities in North Carolina. This executive role focuses on strategic oversight, operational excellence, and financial performance across multiple communities.

The ideal candidate has extensive SNF leadership experience, deep knowledge of CMS regulations, and a proven ability to develop leaders, improve census, and drive quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience.
• Multi-facility regional leadership experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for multiple SNF facilities.
• Partner with Executive Directors and clinical leadership to meet goals.
• Drive census growth, occupancy, revenue, and financial performance.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure CMS/state regulatory compliance.
• Promote quality of care and resident satisfaction.
• Develop leaders through coaching and succession planning.
• Oversee budgets, labor management, and capital planning.
• Travel regularly across North Carolina.
