Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care operations.
- Multi-site operational leadership experience required.
- Demonstrated experience managing financial performance, budgets, and P&L responsibility.
- Ability to travel throughout Florida and Georgia as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
- Mentor and develop Executive Directors and Administrators to drive accountability and growth.
- Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
- Partner with Division/Regional leadership to execute long-term operational strategies.
- Drive census growth through referrals and community engagement.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness across facilities.
