Job summary

EF Senior Care in Massachusetts seeks a VP of Clinical Operations to lead clinical direction for consulting engagements and owned communities across the region. You will partner with administrators and DONs on survey readiness, staffing models, and clinical systems across SNF, memory care, and assisted living settings.

The role requires MA RN license, 10+ years in regional leadership, and deep knowledge of DPH/CMS surveys, QAPI, MDS/PDPM, infection prevention, clinical risk, and travel

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license; BSN or higher preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive SNF or multi-site leadership.
• Working fluency with MA regulatory landscape (DPH, CMS, EOAI).
• Strength in QAPI, MDS and PDPM, infection prevention and risk metrics.
• Proven ability to turn around underperforming clinical operations.
• Willingness to travel statewide.

Responsibilities

• Set clinical direction across consulting engagements and owned communities.
• Oversee survey readiness, quality and infection prevention programs.
• Lead staffing models and clinical systems for SNF, memory care & assisted living.
• Collaborate with administrators and DONs to improve five-star ratings.
• Respond quickly to urgent issues and drive operational turns.
