Uncommon Elite in Seattle is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead and scale a growing commercial services organization. The role requires balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution to optimize multi-team operations.

The ideal candidate will drive profitability, mentor leaders, and build scalable systems. Compensation includes a starting base salary of $230,000 plus a significant performance bonus and stock options, with location in Seattle.

• Senior leadership in operations, ideally within commercial services, field services, industrial services, or a related industry.
• Proven success leading large teams in complex operational environments.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, profitability, and P&L performance.
• Proven ability to scale organizations, develop leaders, and improve operational performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations across the organization, ensuring consistent execution, accountability, and performance.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that support revenue growth, profitability, and long-term scalability.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing management teams.
• Establish clear performance metrics, operating rhythms, and accountability systems.
• Drive improvements in efficiency, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and operational P&L performance.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, expansion opportunities, and organizational development.
• Identify operational challenges, implement solutions, and create sustainable processes that support growth.
