TAM Residential seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead a multi-site portfolio in Washington state, directing Regional Property Managers and teams to achieve operational, financial, and compliance goals while fostering a strong, resident-focused culture. This senior role requires building strong pipelines, driving performance, and maintaining high standards.

Competenze

• Undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum five years in portfolio operations across 10,000+ units.
• CPM, CSM, or RPA designations preferred.
• Experience in affordable and mixed-income operations (LIHTC, PFC/HFC) preferred.
• Detail-oriented and able to focus amid interruptions.

• Builds and maintains a deep bench of talent and backfills quickly.
• Owns staffing outcomes with a live talent pipeline across the sub-region.
• Develops teams and clear development paths to retain high performers.
• Reviews dashboards and KPIs weekly to set priorities and drive outcomes.
