Job summary

The Connor Group, a nationally recognized real estate investment firm with over $5+ billion in assets, seeks a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead multiple markets, drive performance, and guide future growth. This is a hands-on, field-focused role with a clear path to COO.

Lead teams on the front lines, uphold high standards, and develop leaders while partnering with senior leadership to improve profitability and scale the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven track record running multi-unit organizations, divisions, regions, or business units.
• Demonstrated success leading large, complex teams and developing high-performing leaders.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with hands-on engagement when needed.
• Experience leading analytics, project management, or process improvement teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and inspire high-performing teams to exceed aggressive goals.
• Build a culture of accountability with clear expectations and delivery.
• Identify, coach, develop, and retain high-potential leaders.
• Own operational execution across multiple markets and business units.
