The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight to drive performance, develop high-impact teams, and ensure flawless execution at the portfolio level.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading multiple sites across diverse sectors (retail/hospitality/fitness/restaurants or similar).
• Track record of growing revenue, improving profitability, and scaling operations.
• Experience developing high-performing teams and succession pipelines.
• High personal and team accountability; capable of both strategy and execution.
