The Connor Group is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations and a path to COO. This role requires relocation to the Dayton/Cincinnati area and leads multiple markets to drive operational and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record running multi-unit organizations, divisions, regions, or business units (sales + operations).
• Leading large, complex teams and developing high-performing leaders.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality; hands-on engagement when needed.
• Experience in analytics, project management, process improvement, or similar teams.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, challenge, and inspire high-performing teams to hit or exceed goals.
• Build a culture of accountability with clear expectations and delivery of results.
• Identify, coach, develop, and retain high-potential leaders.
• Own operational execution across multiple markets and business units.
• Spend significant time in the field with teams to understand frontline dynamics.
