Job summary

We seek a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions & Dispositions to drive portfolio performance and guide a small leadership cadre.

This role identifies opportunities, evaluates markets, and influences major investment decisions while building relationships with brokers and investment partners in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire acquisition process including pipeline management, underwriting 300+ properties annually, touring 200, submitting offers, negotiating terms, and project management as properties are acquired.
• Blend art and science of investing to differentiate between good and great opportunities during site visits and underwriting.
• On the disposition side, recommend sales timing and strategy to maximize value, build marketing materials, broker selection, and oversee the sales process.
• Portfolio management of approximately 50 properties across the US—forecast future revenue and cap rate implications to guide investment decisions.
• Builds and maintains strong broker relationships across 15 markets and relationships with owner/operators.
• Lead a team of 4-8 associates in a player-coach role, delivering results through others and holding teams accountable.
• Lead market research within submarkets as we consider expansion.
