Job summary

The Connor Group is seeking a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions & Dispositions to guide performance and growth across a multi-market real estate portfolio. You will lead a small team of 4–8 associates, drive major investment decisions, and build broker and partner relationships.

This high-impact role emphasizes strategic leadership, market analysis, and hands-on underwriting to maximize portfolio value and secure future equity opportunities for top performers.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying investment opportunities, evaluating risk and influencing executive decisions.
• Ability to lead from the front while empowering a team to own results.
• Proven relationship builder with brokers, executives, associates and investment partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the acquisition process: pipeline, underwriting 300+ properties annually, tours, offers, term negotiation and project management.
• Blend art and science of investing to identify great opportunities during site visits and accurate underwriting.
• Lead disposition strategy: timing, marketing materials, broker selection and sales process oversight.
• Manage a portfolio of ~50 properties across the US and forecast value and cap rate impacts.
• Build and maintain broker relationships across markets and supervise a team of 4–8 associates in a player-coach model.
