Job summary

Coast Property Management seeks a visionary VP Facilities Management in Everett, WA. You will lead the strategic operations, maintenance, and capital improvement programs across the property portfolio, building a high-performing team, setting maintenance standards, and managing vendor relationships to keep properties safe and efficient.

The role requires hands-on leadership, financial acumen, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
• 10+ years in facilities management with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven multi-site portfolio management in property-related industries.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing budgets, capital planning, and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff across commercial and multi-family properties.
• Oversee Yardi work order system and train staff on its use.
• Develop predictive and preventive maintenance programs for equipment and buildings.
• Lead safety planning initiatives; ensure regulatory training and compliance.
• Coordinate with regional managers on insurance claims and inspections.
• Partner with property managers and owners on project scope, bidding, and completion.
