Job summary

MSCI Inc. is seeking an Americas Analytics Technical Sales Specialist to drive new sales, upsales, and revenue by demonstrating MSCI’s analytics suite.

You will tailor demos and POCs by understanding client investment workflows, leveraging AI and data APIs, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Research to shorten sales cycles. The role emphasizes strong communication, quantitative risk understanding, and the ability to deliver value through multiple channels and platforms, including APIs

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a quantitative field or closely related.
• Postgraduate qualification in Finance enhances suitability.
• 5–10 years of client-facing presales/solutions consulting/technical sales in finance assets.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects to understand investment strategies and deliver tailored demos, POCs, and trials.
• Analyze portfolio data to craft evidence-based engagement narratives that shorten the sales cycle.
• Deliver high-impact demos and present results to senior stakeholders in clients.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance prep, automate analysis, and identify upsell signals.
• Coordinate between Sales, Product, and Research to ensure a seamless presales experience.
• Surface insights to product/research to influence roadmaps and enhancements.
