Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum twelve years’ experience in sales or relationship management.
• Experience in commercial lending and portfolio products preferred.
• Advanced skills with computer terminals and PC operations; mainframe knowledge.
• Knowledge of state and federal banking regulations (lending, privacy, RESPA).
• Strong math skills including interest calculations and percentages.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make decisions with significant impact and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
